We had a great time at our ward Christmas party.
I love it when it is a breakfast so it doesn't seem rushed, or that you don't have to find a babysitter, or that you aren't having to rearrange your schedule to try to fit everything that you want to attend in. It just works. It was low key, the entertainment was awesome, the food delicious, and we had fun getting to know our neighbors a little better.
Liam was psyched that Santa was there. He mentioned that this was "his third time!" seeing the big man in red and I think he was calculating how good his chances were of getting his desired present.
luke decided he better step it up if he was to get what he wanted so he sat on his lap this time.
Later that night, we all gathered at Sylvia's home to have the annual Santa party. Liam was beside himself excited because how many kids get to see Santa four times in two weeks?
We had a delicious dinner with soup and breadsticks, and then Santa made his appearance.
We had three helpers with the little story...
...sang songs, and had a great time together.
Sylvia told Santa that everyone was Utah fans so he brought adorable matching pajamas for all the grandkids. I think they all like them!
